Struggling to work out your head size?

Use a seamstress tape measure and the sizing chart below.

Or download and Print this form at 100% (don’t scale it down!) and follow these instructions:

1. 1. Cut out the three strips along the dotted lines.
   2. Tape the edge of "A" to LINE A.
   3. Tape the edge of "B" to LINE B.
   4. Place the assembled tape around your head, just above your eyebrows.
   5. Pull the tape snugly but not too tight, and the finger will point to your size.
