How the cinch works: Put the hat on. While holding the end of the elastic, push the cinch towards your head to where it's comfortable. Then you slightly spread the elastic apart, so it gets caught in the side slits of the cinch. This will hold the cinch in place.

Fit:

• Small, Medium, Large and XL are standard fit. 
• L/XL fits sizes 7 1/2 to 7 3/4 and will be tight on a size 7 7/8
